Re the SkS Weekly Digest #19:

The toon is visible in the bog preview, but not in the public post. What's up? 

John, it's probably due to the toon being hosted by a 3rd-party server (having SkS host the pic with a link to the original is best).  I had SkS host the image; should fix the issue for now.

Not a good idea showing images hosted by other servers. They can remove them at any time which will result in the article being without an image and looking rubbish.
