This paper (if you can call it that) just showed up on several denier blogs.

Not published as far as I can see... Unless you call a post on www.hockeyschtick.blogspot.com being published.

The paper is by a "scientist", Dr Noor van Andel, who is a former head of research at Akzo Nobel, a decorative paint and coatings company.

The "Nobel" in "AkzoNobel" is the original sponsor of the Nobel prizes.

But the paper looks like crap.

I wouldn't worry about this unless he starts to get some traction: Several papers, etc.

Very poorly written paper, assuming Hockey Schtick copied and pasted correctly (the climategate.nl link didn't work for me).  I doubt it will make much of a splash, even among denial blogs.

Interestingly Watts hasn't picked it up yet.

Climate Depot picked it up though.

Dana, I think my top link is the actual paper.
