I posted a summary of my research with Steve this summer on my blog the other day (http://climatesight.org/2011/12/14/the-software-architecture-of-global-climate-models/), and Dana suggested that I create a less technical version to post on SkS. Does this sound like a good idea? I can probably submit it by early next week.

Provided you have the time - aren't you studying for exams right now, Kate?

Yeah Kate, several people suggested as much before I even extended the invitation.  Whenever you have time!

I don't think it needs to be less technical. I think it needs to be more extensive. The various modules of the models describe the mechanisms of how the climate works.

My exams are over until January so I do have some time. I'm starting to think it will probably have to wait until after Christmas, though, as my sister is coming home from Switzerland so things are getting busy.
